Once you log in you will see Category(text field), Description(text field), Icon(image upload field)Now if you fill out all the information and upload an icon and press add button. You will now see two different tables. One for the "Already added categories" and one under it for "Adding new categories". Ok good so far. Now go to the "Already added categories" table and under the icon headline theres three fields. #1 is to upload a new icon/image, #2 is to remove/delete the icon/image, #3 is for hotlinking an icon/image. Now i want help with these three fields as they dont work properly. I want to able to do this with these fields.

Want to be able to upload a new icon which will replace the previously uploaded icon incase i upload a wrong icon.

instead this field i would want to have a checkbox which would say "Delete Icon" and i could tick that to delete the icon/image
[field 3]
i want to be able to put in and use a direct image/icon link, like a hotlink
lets say something like http://www.test.com/blabla.jpg
Also i would want to restrict so that only one of these settings is selected at one time, and multiple fileds arnt selected/filled in.
If you think you can help me with this please say so i will pm you the whole code and any other information you will need. I dont want to reveal the script in public for security reasons. I hope some1 with good php knowlege and kind heart will reply asap.
