align small calendar with images

Hi:
I have a webpage that I am making on linux using PHP5. I have created a small calendar showing one month on the left top of the page. I want 4 one line images to be beside the calendar on the page at the right. Like this:

Hi Richard,

That seems an unusual thing to do ... do you want to explain why you're going down this particular route ... there might be a better alternative.

Also, show us the code you have so far ... at least only the portion that relates to the calendar.

Dear paulna:
The calendar is working and the code for it is quite large for a post at 180 lines. I think that you're not supposed to post something that large. Basically I am trying to imitate a test program I wrote in Visual Basic .NET
The VB program shows a small calendar at the top left and below it two resources written as a thumbnail picture with rows of times from 0:00 to 23:30 beside it. When you click on a date the VB gets the times from the database and sets the background color of the time chosen based upon who booked the times on the day chosen in the calendar. I want to have the colors and their meanings displayed on the right beside calendar.
The VB sample is on the net at http://mindorf.ciaccess.com. Click on the link and a sign in form is displayed. Enter m in each of the three boxes then click signin. More options will appear. Choose BookAircraft and the form that I want to imitate in PHP 5 is displayed.

Hi again,

Well having had a look at the output of the asp script, you should be able to use the HTML to produce the grid themselves (of course you will need to change the action attribute of the form to point to the current PHP page rather than a asp page).

The PHP should just replicate the ASP that chooses the image after a user selects a particular time.

There are a number of ways to position elements on a page ... if you are struggling with this, then I would really suggest you do some reading-up on HTML. If not, it'll be very diffilcult for you understand any advice you get anyway.
