Sure... But you cannot guarantee that what's in your account is exactly what's in their database. For example: Let's say in your account, it says Sword +2. In their database, it may have sword, damage modifier, weight, class, delay between swings, decay rate, damage bonuses for strength, etc. When their game sees your weapon it may call their database to do the calls and calculations. Having too much information on your side would make for an inefficient process, especially when it is called hundreds or thousands of times per instance you're playing.
If you are trying to recreate their game, using their own information which they have assembled over months of hard work, you'll not get much help I bet. If you think it's a legitimate request, why not email them directly and ask for their entire item database?
