Form Security using Captcha

Hi Guys,

My contact form on my website seems to be constantly getting abused by spamming bots (sometimes a 100 emails a day). I guess its mostly down to the code i have used but i am new to this and had to used a php form generator to get it right. I have decided to add captcha image validation to make it secure. I was just wondering if anyone had any recomendations for either a step by step tutorial for a form with captcha built in or a generator to produce a form with captcha. I really dont think i am up to the standard/knowledge to code it myself infact it kind of scares me that if i try i will ruin my existing form. I have mysql database suppport with my hosting. I am willing to try and code it myself as it would be a great way to learn but would need some guidance.

Any help would be great.

I've also written a class for this that is very portable and is easily integrated into any form with only a few lines of code. I have some example forms in the distribution zip. www.neoprogrammers.com is where its at
