Please help me with some guides / links where to start to look for implementation of the online technical support...
Here is what I need...
For example, I have a company with articles and in Administration part, at the place of each article I can define one contact person, its username and password to be a representative for this article.
At client side we have website visitors who add products to their shopping cart and when they look to shopping cart they can click on every article for details and they will be able to click some button named "Chat". If technical representative for this article is online, visitor will be able to talk with him - chat about this article for more details... If it is not online - no talk... Visitors can't talk to eachother, don't have any options other to talk with this article representative if he is online...
Is there any suitable solution I can use / change to make this functionality? Somethin about the aproach? Can some chat software help?
