Unique Selections

I'm working on a fanlisting script and need a query that can select each unique country from the database. The query I have as of now is this:

'SELECT country FROM ' . $tableprefix . $listing . '_members ORDER BY country'

[toplay]

Use DISTINCT as in:

SELECT DISTINCT country FROM ...
