[RESOLVED] 24 hours

Hi everyone.

Thank you to everyone who has helped me out so far.

I have a table in a database called messages or something like that.

At the moment you can send unlimited amount of messages to users.

I would like it to work like the following.

If you dont have premium services then you can only send 15 messages a day and if you do have premium messages you can send x amount.

I know how to use if statements.

its just i dont know how to work the 24hour thing.

So how can i set it up.

15 messages have been sent within a 24hour period, you cant send no more. after 24hours you can send another 15 and so on.

I Greatly appreciate any help.

24 hours is 24x3600 seconds

I do not often use mathematical expressions in PHP

$hours24 = 24x3600;
is not okay
Should probably be:

$hours24 = 24 * 3600;

It is good you write your own code.
This means you understand what is going on.
Anybody can copy and paste code, without knowing thing.

My code is to give you some ideas, and so you will find a way.
your own way to deal with it.
