how to increase the size limit nore than 4 kb while mssql_fetch_array()

Hi.

i am using php and ms sql .In which while fetching data from the databse using mssql_fetch_array() . i am getting data only upto first 4 kb ,the remaining think are not getting . i had increase size limit and text limit in the php.ini also . but it is not working . can u please clear my problem
