Hrmmm... I'd make it into more of a chat program. Seems cool but can't say many people will register just for the hope that people are online. More suited for a php nuke site than stand alone.

PHP121 is free, but donations are accepted to keep the site up and running 🙂 If you donate US$10 or more, you will get a copy of the latest release which has more features.

At the risk of sounding like a total meanie... I would improve the product a little more. I think it is seriously lacking. There are other scripts that do the same as yours out there, completely free.
