HI Guys/Girls,
Not sure if this should be posted here of general help but seeing as this problem deals with both I will start here. I have a login system working right now that when a user signs up they are notified via email and then sent a random password along with a link to log into the protected area of the site. I would like to circumvent the New Member and have the "activate" email go to an administrator first who can either pas the email on or stop it at this point. Here is the code I have to send the email:
$subject = "Membership request at $sitename";
$message = "Dear $first_name $last_name,
You are now registered at our website, $sitepath !
To activate your membership, please login here: $sitepath$activatepath
Once you activate your membership, you will be able to login with the following information:
Username: $username
Password: $random_password
Please keep this username and password in a location that is easily accessible by you.
Thanks!
Webmaster, $sitename
This is an automated response, please do not reply!";
mail($email_address, $subject, $message, "From: $sitename <$adminemail>\nX-Mailer: PHP/" . phpversion());
echo 'Your membership information has been mailed to your email address! Please check it and follow the directions!';
}
I am at a loss as to how to change it to email to a particular email address rather than the email address entered in the form....
Please Help!!!!
