Formatting dynamic text into columns

I am simply pulling a list of dynamic text (links to be exact) and the problem is that I end up with a incredibly long column of links. I'd like to have these displayed in 2 columns rather than one. My code is fine, I was just hoping to get some pointers on where to start with this.

I would imagine it is easy, but i'm somewhat new to php.
