Can anyone recommend a free help desk/ticket system in PHP/mySQL? I am running a website and want to make it easy for customers to submit problems/questions etc. I am looking for something with a quite simple graphical interface, some of my customers are not computer people and have problems with anything that is not simple and attractive!

I've seen osTicket, but I cant comment on it as I havent written/installed/administrated any generic help desk systems.
I really like RT. Oh, and I use it at work daily. It's solid and reliable, and quite capable. I don't know if it runs on MySQL, but it works well on our PostgreSQL database.
I tried installing RT a couple years ago and gave up. IIRC it uses Perl and there was a long list of installation steps. Same can be said about Bugzilla (well, at least a couple years ago too). But once set up, RT is pretty nice. 😉
