Hello to one and all, I am new to the forum and desperate for help.
I have recently started a new role in Testing, I will be working with JMeter and Eclipse.
I have am really starting to get to grips with JMeter, but I am sure there must be a quicker way of carrying out this testing than the way I am doing it?
I need to start with a load of basic scripts to test there are no broken links on our web site, only there are about a billion links I have to test. Currently I am recording myself as I click on each link, then I apply a Response Assertion set to Not so it tells me if I have any page errors.
The problem with the way I am doing it is I have so many links I have left myself in a situation where the application is not scalable at all and it is so complicated when it really does not need to be.
Is there a way I can configure JMeter to just go out and pick up on all the URLs and visit each of them, or some simple way to test every single link automatically?
