Im at a loss on where to go with a database structure ...
also the query...

Basically I have two word lists

1) places (over 200)
2) items (160)

any ideas or thoughts where I should begin
so I can have a seperate item list per every place in the places list

table 2
item_id
item_name
item_desc
etc

table 3
place_id
item_id

A series of joins on the queries will allow you to replace the ids with correct names...

will have an additional list per item
so ...

add another table called list (or whatever) and have the same structure, then add a third column to the table3 above
