PHP Include problem

Hi, I'm not a php coder, but I sure could use some advice. I'm trying to use PHP Include on my site, but the command obky works on some of the pages in my blog, not all of them. I tried everything to fix this, but can't seem to think of a good solution. I updated the htaccess as needed, and allow_url... is not disabled (the include command works in some pages).
I ran out of ideas. Any help will be great.

we need to know what your definition of doesn't work is. are you getting any errors? your problem is more than likely that your giving the include function a false path but without seeing code and knowing your file structure its all guesses.
