Registration Form In a Cart

Hello I am new to the site, Howdy everyone!

I am looking to find an example or maybe even some prebuilt scripts to help me build a shopping cart for a baseball registration site.

My issue is that I have a cart setup no problem, and I have the forms built no problem, but I want to integrate the two together.

My reason is that if you have a family that has 2 or more kids to sign up I want to go through and give the info for each kid seperately but give my information as the payee only once.

The big question: How do I go about getting a form they fill out to become an object they can add to thier cart?

I really appreciate any advice or direction to be pointed in.

First things first - HELLO AND WELCOME!

Well unfortunately, we need more info to help you out. We will need to know:

Did you build the shopping cart and forms yourself or are you using one provided by the card company?
Are you interfacing with a credit card company - if so - do they issue auth numbers?
Are you using a database -if so - which one?
Could you post the code to the form here? (please remember to remove all refernces to the site url and other sensitive stuff before doing this of course).
Tell us a bit about the purpose of the site and a scenario on how a user goes about doing what you are asking about.
