Safe Mode ON set_time_limit()

Hello

I have a server which host some account . I use always safe mode "ON" for major security . Safe mode "ON" deny the usage of set_time_limit() for each user too .

As server administrator, may I set a custom set_time_limit() only for 1 account considering tha I have safe mode on ?.
