Unless you're paying for a service, you probably shouldn't put a timeline on when you get a code.
In any event, it's easy to write the code you want.
- Put all your emails addresses in a database.
- Write code to read the addresses, then iterate through the records.
- In each iteration, use mail() to send out your mail.
