I realize that this is more a MySQL issue, and should probably be researched on MySQL.com, and I have investigated there. But, I have a lot of confidence in PHPBuilder.com, and I know someone out there will probably know what to do here... thanks for reading!
I have backed up a remote db using my hosting providers phpMyAdmin on my server. i created the backupfile.sql and saved it locally.
using my local phpMyAdmin, i created a local db of the same name.
i opened MySQL Administrator (latest version running with my local MySQL 4.1 install), and selected Restore, and entered the proper parameters (i think) so that it would use my aforementioned backup file.
When i hit "Start Restore" button in MySQL Administrator, i keep getting the error shown here:

what am i doing wrong and/or what is the proper, or best practice for creating a local db version of something that i originally created on-line?
not knowing the exact functionality of the "Migration Toolkit", but based on the name of the app itself, i thought i'd give it a try as maybe it would also provide options to Restore a database. Unfortunately, however, I can't get the Migration Toolkit to run! for reference, please view my post on that issue here: http://forums.mysql.com/read.php?104,50734
