[RESOLVED] retrieving data from url.

Ok, I think I'm stumped. I am trying to set up a shipping quote mod on my site. to get a quote from DHL, I have to send the following request:

http://www.wwexship.com/rates/GetRates.jsp?fromZip=77092&toZip=60655&weight=0&acctNum=100880967

from this I am told I will get two lines of comma separated data. If I type this into the address bar i get the following results...

GND, NAS, SDS, EXP
$3.79, $18.90, $11.14, $20.80

which is the different shipping methods and their corresponding prices. What I can't figure out is how to retrieve that info through code and manipulate it. ANY direction would be greatly appreciated!!!
