[RESOLVED] Posted Cart code to new page is not in <body>

When a user clicks on the checkout button they are taken to a final page to choose either to pay by a paypal link or to contact us for other arrangements. On that final page the code is at the very top of the page and not in the body section resulting in it "breaking" the page design. Is there a way to send this code so that it displays in the <body>?

why isn't this code in the <body> ?

if you can answer this, then you can fix your own problem. to me, your question makes no sense.

It's fixed. I'll post the cahnges as soon as I stop celebrating!

The snips were part of the file cart.php This is a mod for the coppermine gallery. So in my template.html page is

I don't know how cart.php is "called" or how you would say it.
