xml parsing attributes

i want to parse this type of xml but i'm in trouble....
is there any one can help me...

attributes are problem.. i m unable to parse themm .. i want an output like this.
id name value curr category
2 package 25 USD 23
. ......... ..... .... .... .....

so on...
how can i parse that xml...
