Pay Per View / Member Video Program

I am seeking php "portal" that allows the purchase of Video by Membership or Pay Per View. I am doing this for a sports industry and think I need the backbone similar to a porn site. I am not concerned about the price. It's amazing that I can't find something readily available. I need a cut and dry solution that encrypts video paths, etc. Any guidance to readily available php products would be helpful. I know solutions are available juts no luck in finding them.

We will have this and video on our own dedicated server, no 3rd party needed. Until now we have used a 3rd party and want to do this independently.

if you want this for a serious commercial venture, and aren't concerned about the price, I would suggest that you get this developed for you from scratch. Don't forget that you will need to budget for lots of storage, lots of bandwidth, load-balanced redundant servers etc, as well as the software.

You shouldn't have any trouble getting someone to do this work. If I had the time, I'd be interested.
