Link instead of submit button, possible?

I wonder if I can use a link (href) instead of a submit button when I build a html form?

Why would you want to? Submit is effectivrly a link to the page specified in the form. If you use a link you won't get the query parameters sent (i.e. the form values) unless you have some clever javascript to add them to the link.

No, can't see a reason why you would have a form and use a link inistead of submit.

The answer is simply yes. This, however, is not a PHP question, but a javascript question.
