complete newbie need help for simple function

Hi and thanks in advance for helping with what is probably a really dumb question. I had someone develop some php scripts for my website. I know how to use golive to edit the appearance of normal web pages but do not know how to change the apperance of php based pages. I would like to edit the look, layout, fonts, etc of these php based pages but when I click on them in golive (on the mac) it opens them in text editing mode.

I'm clueless when it comes to any kind of coding. I'd rather leave that to the people with the skills. Is there anyway I can just edit how this looks like I would any other web page?

In order to do what you want, you are going to have to learn some minimal amount of HTML and CSS coding. You will have to learn what tags signify what elements and how style attributes, generally included in a CSS file, will effect the look and layout of thost HTML elements.

as Rodney H just stated, you will need to learn some basic html and css. php usually generates html on the fly, so these pages dont actualy exist as such for you to edit them.

Yea, it should work on any browser.
