Need Hep Phptest Quiz Program

I need help. I have a quiz script that is running ok with an exception. When I run the quiz I get code above the normal display. It should not be there. Any ideas to fix it will be greatly appreicated. You can go to the quiz at http://www.uscybertronics.com/aquiz and login to see my problem is
