As a project I have to create a web portal for users to post their views on and for other people to come on and read topics and respond to them.
This must be done using php and mysql.
I have very little experience in this, so I was wondering could anyone tell me is there any good books or tutorials that tell you how to go about building a web portal using php and mysql
