Apache 500 Internal Server Error

Hello,

I've created a few network classes to create client/server applications in PHP.

In my system (apache/winxp) everything is working fine and the server script can work forever. But in the real web host (apache/redhat) the script stops after some time displaying a 500 Internal Serve Error.

Can someone point me to possible solutions to fix this?

Found the error:

changed
$wait = socket_select($handlers, $w = null, $e = null, 0);
into
$wait = socket_select($handlers, $w = null, $e = null, null);
