file upload problem

Hallo

i have problem in uploading files

after pressing submit i get this msg

Warning: move_uploaded_file(/home/egraphic/public_html/career_cv/boss_intro.doc): failed to open stream: Permission denied in /home/egraphic/public_html/careers.php on line 31

off the top of my head: file permissions. you need write permissions on the folder you're moving the uploaded file to. check this, might be all there is to it.

if you are trying to move a file, you should set chmod(0777) or when you make the upload dir automatically make it with mkdir($dir, 0777). And also dont forget to add enctype="multipart-form" or whatever to your <form tag>
