I would like to invite you all to comment on what scripts you would recommend to someone deciding to trade online (in the UK), and why.
This is for a small talk I am due to host, and I thought who better to ask than the professionals! We all know that there are a hundred and one combinations of shopping carts, payment gateways and merchant accounts, but everyone has a favorite. Also, I would like to focus on the FREE or very cheap scripts out there, as there is such a wealth of them!
Just reply, saying which script you would use to do the following:
- Shopping Cart
- Payment Gateway and Merchant Account: Some payment gateways require merchant accounts seperately, and some offer them as part of the service.
Any other scripts you can think of, for newsletters, customer service/support or stock management, would be good too!
