Help me with HR-Speak??

What's the difference between the following questions?

Describe in detail your professional experience

1. supporting computer-based [sic] business systems.

2. in business and systems analysis

3. related to identifying, analyzing, evaluating, and documenting business process flows, and/or business process reengineering efforts.

Seriously, what is the deal with HR departments? How about the following instead:

1. working with computers.

2. designing computer systems.

3. documenting and reengineering other peoples' work.

Any insight you aged and experienced guys and gals can offer is most appreciated.

Business rule #1: The more complex and buzzword - filled your sentences, the better. This is especially true in HR. It makes them look as though they actually know what they are talking about.

But don't forget that "business systems" includes how the computers are used. Too many IT people do, and the result is something only an IT professional can love; everyone who has to use it hates the thing.

But then again, too many companies forget the fact that "information technology" includes the use of in and out trays filled with pieces of paper, and which bits of paper are supposed to be stapled together and which only require alligator clips.
