Data taken from form and directed to a page

I am very new to this, basically i am not sure what i am doing, but i want to learn.

I created a form that needs to take data from one of the fields (names) and redirect it to the page that is avialiable for everyone to see.
The names need to be displayed on a list (list of names of people who are to the party).

Could someone be kind enough and perhaps just, ideally, link me to a page with a ready code?

If not, how do i go about writing it?

Here's the framework of how you should code it:

if(isset($_POST['Submit']))
{
// Make sure all fields are filled out

// Insert the data to a database

// Redirect user
header("Location: another_page.php");

}else{
// Show the form


}
?>

You also must create a page called another_page.php that queries the database.
