Editing and Deleteing From Mysql...

Hey,

I have constructed several Databases and web applications with forms to add and delete the stuff in it but i have to use phpmyadmin to edit things.. how would i go about making a edit form?

Say i have a news db.. Table name is news and fields are: id,user,subject,news,time

How would i edit and delete the items in the DB?

Help would be appreciated.

first, your run a select statement to get the data from the db. place the data in a form for editing, then post this form to a script wich runs an UPDATE sql statement.

Can you post the query that displays everything in the database?

yeah, you pretty much got the idea. your not executing the UPDATE statement and theres a few syntax type errors, but i assume this is just a snippet.
