How I can write my text On pic

hello all,

I write upload script .. and i'm save the image ( upload image ) in my database mysql , ok

well, how I can write my text or my sign On any image upload use my upload ..

I want

1- write my ( text / sign ) On image.
2- add this image in database after write my ( text / sign ) On image.
3 - add this image in database before write my ( text / sign ) On image.

1.) check php-manual for "ImageString"
2.) maybe you can add the filepath/name to db
3.) see 2.) but different folder
