How to get if date is within a range ?

Hello,

Okay plz tell me how to look if a given date is in the range of 2 given dates.

Below is a exmaple:
Suppose i have 2 dates as range i.e: 10-03-2005 to 20-03-2005.

Now i want to check if 15-03-2005 falls in the above range or not ?

How can i do that ?
