What I'm looking for is like a free ready to setup (Like OsCommerce) for database, so I can customize it to my use, I need to have an online database program, where you can go online and search something from the database... but The admin to be able to limit on what you see, and to be able to search with variety of fields, but to be password protected and also to have an admin section for the admin to add this stuff in the database and remove stuff, and make changes, basicly user gets to allow what the admin allows to view and to search by and for the admin to have full access.... any free php scripts out there for customizing like this?

    Or, why not do it yourself? You seem like you've got a good handle on what you want in a database design. Sit down, think it out, and then build. If you only want the database (not the OsCommerce php code for queries) then create the database yourself. Otherwise, the database will have lots of extra junk you won't need.
