Compiling PHP with Visual Studio 2005

I don't think that you can compile PHP?

It's a script, therefore it means that it's executed by the server everytime it is run...

Or I believe so--

You just need a host that supports PHP (Almost all do) and then upload the file...When you goto the file, it will be executed...

never done it in vs (im a linux user), but a quick google came up with this link that might help you out.

Yes, i do mean compiling the actual php.exe / php5isapi.dll / php5ts.dll files. I'd like to compile in extensions and optimize the files to run on my server.
