Changing page layout.

I am very new to php and I have a script but want to change the look of it.

I want to go from THIS to The New Look

My thing is I dont know how to do it without messing up the php code.

Any programs or something to show me how to do it?

It really depends upon whether the site was "templated" or not. If not, then it's gonna be tough. If it is templated, then just create your HTML pages as normal, and base your new .tpl or .tpl.php files off of the original.

If you really need help because you can't walk your way through it, I might think about helping you out on the side.
