Connecting to GoDaddy MySQL

I get a 405 error when I try to set up the database. I cannot even connect to see what tables are there. I have experience setting up Php and MySQL through Dreamweaver, but this host has me stumped.

Any help would be apprieciated. Ask any questions you need for more info.

I am also experiencing this problem the only thing that works right now is creating the dbase and tables locally and then uploading the files
