Cannot attach text file throuhg an email in my PHP code.

Hi,

I am trying to email with a text file as an attachment. My code below will send an email with the subject line "Test", and mail in-line text "Here is your attachment", but the file attachment, "file_attachment.log'" is missing. What is wrong with my code? 😕
