[RESOLVED] str_replace

Hi guys,

I've been trying to replace "\" with "/" in "Folder 1\Folder2" using str_replace, but for some reason I dont know I getting some error. Can anyone please tell me how I can do this?

$newstring = str_replace("\\","/","Folder 1\Folder2");

the \ is an escape charactor in php.
