Unless you've got a file recovery utility already installed (you don't want to risk installing one only to have it tromp over the deleted data) - oh, you've tried that ... and unless your system shreds deleted files instead of just marking the disk blocks as empty ... I'd have to say "She's dead, Jim."
And now you know why you should keep backups.
