PHP5 Build Environment for Win32

I am searching for a Info Document about setting up a buildenvironment on Win32 for PHP with all extensions that are shipped with. I Found this so far : http://de2.php.net/manual/sv/install.windows.building.php , but it is not complete aus i get build errors with dom and xml extensions. If i leave these tools out of the build process everything works fine. Does anybody have a better Url that describes what to do and what to install, to run a successful build ?
May there is a complete zip as example to download ?

It would be great if anybody can point me to a good location. :rolleyes:

You may try Microsoft C/C++ compiler version 13 and those errors related to libxml2 library may just go away. Windows binaries package bundles libxml2-2.6.11 since 5.0.1.
