Adjustment according to resolution????

Hi,
My pages are all ready. But they dont look great on all kinds of resolution espcially the text. Can we provide a provision where user can select the Text size according to his liking(not through Browser-View-Text_size) through code. The site www.wired.com provides such a feature but how can we dynamically change the style sheet. any suggestions?
