looking for javascript chain select menu but should be able to merge with php codes

I am looking for a javascript chain select menu like this.

But I need the menu to be multiple select menu.

And I also want that the javascript menu items values should be easy to reassign with the values get from database through php codes.

So once you've got your Javascript you should be able to work out which bits need to change to make it display what you want. Then write your PHP to do that.

It sounds like you will need to get a bit further in your project before you'll have a PHP problem to ask.
