Where to begin? fopen?

Hi there,

I've got a database that has three fields:

(1) id
(2) filename
(3) domain

Each record in the database needs it's own html page and what I want to do is write a php script that will create a file for each record.

Is there a quick way to do this? I've been reading about fopen and fwrite, but I'm a little unsure of exactly how to do it.

...making an extra table in database that would look something like:

id | domainID | page content

where the page content you need would be stored and domain id would be a foreign key from the table you started with and then all you would need to show it is call this page with an appropriate id like page.php?id=1 to show content you need for a domain 1 and so on... That way you could manage the domain pages easilly...

Basically, this would allow you to have one page to show content you need for all domains...
