Comparison of Solutions for Desktop App Development with PHP

I would like to develop desktop application with PHP. I've tried PHP-GTK but it is too difficult for me. I've search for another solution, and got these links (solution).

Has anyone try one of the following solution before? Do you have any comment about it? Which one of it do you suggest for me?
