PHP Make a file & E-mail it

ok heres a difficult one i have a page on my site where i add a user with a username, password and e-mail address.

now what i want to do is make it so when i click sumbit it makes a file called $membername.cfg then i want it to e-mail that person with the CFG as an attachment but i aint a clue how been looking though these forums to no avail?

yeha but problem being i need to make the file first

Use PHP's fopen()/fwrite()/fclose() functions to create the file and write data -- more information here -- and then e-mail that file using mail().

yeah got it to make the file now but how can i make the e-mail send with the file as an attachment
