Installing PHP 4.1 or 5

When the install process gets almost to the end, an error message pops up saying the a file C:\windows\system32\iisext.vbs cannot be found. The installation then stops and it appears to uninstall itself.
I have got IIS6.0 running, although I'm not sure if if it's running properly?
I have also got MySQL 5 running and that appears to be OK.
I have looked everywhere for this missing file. Lots of references to it on the web, but I can't find anywhere to download it from.

Are you trying to install this PHP on IIS running on Windows XP home?

No! It's on XP Pro SP2.

I had the same problem installing php 5.1.1, but my problem turned out to be that I was indicating that I was running IIS 6.0, when in reality it was IIS 5.0. When I changed that selection on the php install, it worked just fine.
