storing content and php code in a database mysql

hi all, got a big problem here....

Bascially i am stating to use a MYSQL database to hold content for my site, i request the content at will depending what i need by doing a query.

Now heres where i get the problem, some of my content has php code in it, how can i do this and make it run.
